Reading the pages stores nothing about you. No analytics cookies; Cloudflare serves the pages.
Clicking a Buy button adds one to an anonymous daily counter (date and which product; no IP address, no user agent).
Orders: Gumroad passes us your purchase email and the trade/state fields you fill in. We use them only to produce and send your list (and the digest while you are a member). Order files are deleted 30 days after the last delivery. Nothing is sold or shared; no marketing list.
Contracting officers' contact details in the government data are not stored in our site files or lists.
